What is the pure sacrifice?

Jesus said, “The bread that I will give you is my flesh” (John 6:51); and further stated that, “unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood, you will not have life within you” (John 6:53). Then at the Last Supper, He made an offering of His sacrificial body and blood by the following acts. He thanked His Father, took bread, broke it and gave it to His disciples to eat, and said, “This is my (sacrificial) body”; and then took the cup and gave it them to drink and said, “This is my (sacrificial) blood”. (Matthew 26:26-29). He then commanded us do this (re-enter his sacrificial offering) as often as possible so that we will always keep His Spirit in our heart (Luke 22:19); and express His sacrifice in our thoughts, words and actions (1 Corinthians 11:26). Paul emphasizes the real presence of Jesus in the bread and wine at the Lord’s Supper, by stating that, those who eats the bread and drink the cup of the Lord unworthily are guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord (Corinthians 11:27). Therefore, when ever the Lord’s Supper is celebrated, it fulfills Malachi’s prophesy (Malachi 1:11) which stated that, from the rising of the sun to its setting, in every place a pure sacrifice will be offered to God.

to understand it ,you should base on the verse "

You will always have the poor among you(<--check it out,read it all)" which you should know what's poor in Jesus's eyes.

The Key to understanding Malachi 1:11, is in the preceding verse. Malachi 1:10, (GWB) says: "I wish one of you would shut the doors {to my house} so that you could not light fires on my altar for no reason. I'm not pleased with you, says the Lord of Armies, and I won't accept your offerings." Why would God wish for them to close the doors and stop making sacrifices to him?

The contents of Malachi reveals these priests were looking for handouts and bribes from the Israelites who came to make sacrifices at the temple. God found no pleasure is such impure sacrifices, and he finds no pleasure now, in worship that is done merely for selfish gain. It is disgusting to him. That is why Malachi 1:11, (GWB) says: "From the nations where the sun rises to the nations where the sun sets, my name will be great. Incense and pure offerings will be offered everywhere in my name, because my name will be great among the nations, says the Lord of Armies." This is talking about a time when all of God's servants worship him with pure sacrifices from a heart that is not seeking ones own selfish desires.

I like to watch quite a bit of Christian TV, there are 16 different channel available here in England, and when I see some of the money hungry evangelizes only talking about themselves and money, they remind me of the way these priests in Malachi's day must have looked and sounded.
