<sup class="versenum" id="en-KJV-24619">30</sup>But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

No Really! Isn't it interesting that the 'persecutions' do not come from the world so much as from Christian family? Other 'believers'


You see it in the world too though. I want to be a doctor but family and friends say 'Oh no! You are not smart enough.' or You'll never be able to do that'



So I want to go onward and upward with God and other Christian friends say "Now now! Lets not get carried away' Or 'Now you're getting into deception' or the like.


My only wish is to receive ALL the promises in Gods Word. His Word says they ALL belong to me. I want them.


So would I be fair in saying..."If you don't want to believe Gods Word, stop hindering me from believing"?


I said that in one assembly and got kicked out. lol

I do believe that if you want to seek God's will for your life, that you must be willing to ask for it and have faith to follow through.

It doesn't always come easy nor does it come right away. However, the biggest thing is to make sure it is in line with His word. If so, you know it is His will. Lastly, don't go into it looking for a tenfold return; go into it wanting to be a good servant for Christ.

Remember, YOU have to answer for YOUR walk with God at the bema seat, not those around you.

So I think you did the right thing, IF, the will you are seeking is biblically sound and from the Father.

Well

I'll look for the hundred fold return...... I have faith in What the head of the Church said, and if Hundredfold is the best, then bless God I will strive and grow until I see it. To go for less, means your satisfied with just a Half heartened effort in your faith, and willing to Accept that your life is not measuring to the fullness of the Word

That's the spirit. When keeping your focus above on God and not on the
approval of your friends and family, blessings will come your way. It
is a rough journey to discovering more of God, and wanting to be in His
presence, but He promised to bring us home. A good saying is this:

God never promised us a smooth ride, but He did promise a smooth landing.

And in the end, it is God's approval that counts anyways isn't it?

Glory!!!

I just got out of Jail for the Lord and have to rethink some doctrine... A freak thing landed me in the county jail with cuffs and everything.

I was on my way to a business meeting and getting wealthy... go figure.

I did not stay long but long enough to change someones life. I meet someone that said they had no direction and just wanted some hope from God. The Lord spoke to me and told me to help him.

I told him if he will be diligent and faithful. If he will do his best and more, pray. I will bring him into my business and make him successful.

God put me in Jail to get one of his, and give the hope!!!!

yep, and Now I have to rethink some doctrine. He could have just told me to go to jail and get that boy. (well young man)
