I'm Alex, I'm a Orthodox Christian from Romania. I've joined to learn a bit more about Christianity.

First of all, remember three things about me:

1) I believe in science. Yes, I think you can believe in God and in science!
2) I don't play Christian games, I play any game I like, I watch any movie I like, I read any book I like. Yes, I'm currently playing Fallout 3 and I have a nice collection of Ps3 games.
3) I aproove of some things that some Christians don't: gay rights, Harry Potter (love the series) and so on.

Hi Panda! Welcome to Talk Jesus. Like Jesus I believe in the Word of God. When applied properly science only discovers what the creator put here for us, the two are not mutually exclusive.
I am no Harry Potter fan but would not argue the point. As far as moral issues we have but one compass and that is the Word of God. Jesus came to call all sinners to repentance. This is never to put anyone down but to set them free to experience life as they were meant to.
