A daughter in her youth (adulthood appears to be age 20 under YAH'S Law, whether male or female, and biology and science back this up), under her father's house, and by his authority can be released from an oath in the day he hears it. If her father says nothing for a long time, after learning of it, she shall not be released from it.
You are expected to fulfill your oaths, or there will be consequences. Oaths include:
We are under the *Covenant of Salvation* with & by Jesus/YAHshua. If we break this & fall away, we will suffer terribly. If we do not return to our Lord wholeheartedly repenting, but choose to live in sin until our death, then that individual shall be cut off & die in hell. This is referred to as a reprobate — one who knew the Lord & forsakes Him. It is mentioned in Hebrews. It is most terrifying! Hebrews 6:6 ^2 To note, the "unforgivable sin" is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. We are not discussing this, now. Do not work yourselves up to panic. The fact that you are afraid shows you have not done it, for it is still terrifying unto you, as you reside in submission unto our LORD. Note: *You can pray the Lord keep you forever from this sin!* HE will be Faithful, always. Trust in Him to keep you! Nothing is too hard for the YHVH-GOD, THE LORD!
Marriage — The only reason for which one may divorce is for defilement of the marriage bed, which is known to be, or at least include adultery. The other reason is if the one spouse is Saved, and the other chooses to walk away from the marriage. Other *potentials* are incest, homosexuality, or pedophilia, which would still be adultery. Bestiality could even be said to fall under this concept of betrayal. Moreover, the individual who commits these acts is to be slain. By default, the righteous spouse is released by God.
The *ONLY* two CLEAR Reasons Bible Allows Divorce
There are 2 reasons given in the Bible for divorce: sexual immorality and when the unbelieving spouse chooses to walk away.
If the unbelieving spouse is beating the spouse and kids to death, I would think that either falls under execution [of the wicked spouse] or they walked away from the marriage by refusing to uphold it???
After all, they would be one fallen into sin, and any believer or wicked one is nit to be kept in company. Right?
I know that if a believer falls away into sin we are to cut all ties to them as though they were dead, and they depart from the congregation to live in sin. I would imagine this would apply to marriage. If they are so bad that they are cast out from the body of Messiah, I would think the marriage would be classified as "they walked away from the marriage" or they are to be as one dead to you, as ABBA asked Samuel why he mourned for a dead man (Saul) 1 Samuel 16.

[3]If a woman also vow a vow vnto the Lord, and binde her selfe by a bond, being in her fathers house in her youth;

A.I. Overview on Hebrews 6:6
^2
The Bible teaches that Jesus cannot be crucified again because he only died once. The passage in Hebrews 6:6 is a metaphor that describes the severe spiritual state of those who reject their faith after having experienced it deeply, effectively putting the Son of God to open shame and contempt by their rejection. This is not a physical reenactment of the crucifixion, but an act of apostasy that, in its finality, is considered an unforgivable and unrepentant state. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
• A single, final sacrifice: The book of Hebrews emphasizes that Jesus's death was a one-time, sufficient sacrifice for the sins of the world (Hebrews 9:25-28, 10:10). [1, 2, 7, 8]
• The meaning of "crucify again": The phrase "crucifying the Son of God again" in Hebrews 6:6 is not literal. It is a symbolic way of describing the ultimate and public repudiation of Christ by those who have had a profound experience of his grace but have since fallen away completely. [1, 4, 5]
• A severe warning: The passage serves as a stern warning against apostasy—a deliberate and final rejection of Christ—rather than a description of a possibility that can physically happen. It is intended to motivate believers to persevere in their faith, not to despair that they have committed an unforgivable act. [1, 4, 5, 9]
• Theological context: The impossibility described is the impossibility of being able to be restored to repentance because of the finality of their rejection, not a literal impossibility of Jesus being killed again. This is a crucial distinction for understanding the passage correctly. [1, 4, 5, 6]
