Urgent prayer

Hey to all,

my name is Amit. my dad was in the hospital for 5 weeks and he died on Monday morning. it was 1:41 am monday he died. his lungs, liver, and kidneys shut down. the funeral is this thursday 11am to 1pm. pray for me it is so tough. especially thursday i dont know if i can get thru it. but i guess everyone comes out of it surviving it. any words of encouragement let me know. plus he wasnt saved. wether or not he accepted jesus in his heart during his last few days i dunno. i hope that he is not in hell. i did tell about jesus in his ear while in a medical coma. pray for me for strength and for me and my mom to stick together and be tough. being 25 and losing my dad thats hard for anyone. anyone know any coping strategies thru this situation besides praying to jesus.

thanks for the update regarding your father (i think you requested this before).. Praise the Lord for He is a Sovereign God. Hope my testimony would give you a little encouragement regarding my grandma who in her late days of living in cancer i was able to tell her about Jesus and being ready to face Him if she dies. By faith i did let her accept the Lord before leaving earth and i left it to God whether she is saved or not. I got the comfort and peace because the Lord allowed me to do it. I'm very curious to know later if she's really saved or not (Lol) but yea. Amen

Yes Father, i agree and be it unto our brother in Jesus wonderful name. Thank you for the strength and comfort you have to give them in this time of bereavement Father. Thank you for you are the Father to the fatherless, the defender of the widows. We lift them up to you in Jesus name. Amen

Hi Amit, We lost my brother's oldest teenage daughter about a year ago, so I know where you are at. The only thing that I can recommend is to get into God's word more than ever before. It will strengthen you and give you peace.
