Truth vs lies (un-renewed thought) I can’t overcome these problems: Php 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I can never be who God called me to be: Heb 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I am lacking in what I need to succeed: 2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: -------------------------------------------------------------------- No one understands my problems: Heb 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I am all alone with this issue: 1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I was born with these problems, all my family struggles with these issues: 1Pe 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 1Pe 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Yes my friend you are born again into a new family with a new inheritance! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Feel free to add to the list!

Forgiveness and Salvation

I must continually ask God for forgivess (reconciliation).
Jesus Christ death saved me.

Thruth:
"Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him? For if, we were God's enemies, we were reconcilled to him through the death of his Son, how much more being reconciled, shall we be saved through his life. "
Romans 5:9-10
Jesus died one time for all sins for all mankind and God forgave us and reconciled all of us unto himself. This gift is for everyone, it was for Hitler and it is for Charles Mansion. But recieving this covenant (contract), is sealed through the recieving of Jesus Christ's resurrected life for which we are then saved.
