threatened marriage..

my cousin who is working abroad was accused of unfaithfulness (marital) by her husband's friend last two years ago. when she went home the couple quarrelled to the point the husband beating her wife. before going back abroad again their marriage was save because of their daughter (still a kid).

but the situation was not yet eased till this time (their marriage was very good before she went abroad). after that marital crisis her husband became hard to my cousin, gone to drunkenness and careless in his life and family still accusing my cousin. actually not only marital but also relational for her own family rejected and hated her also due to untold stories and situations. She was terminated in her job (in Singapore) leaving her debts unpaid and was grown even (her creditors pursuing her and her family). one more termination occured when she was in Hongkong. her parents and siblings knew nothing about it. during that time only me and my sister knew her situation and she was adopted in the church for almost a month without work. (The pastors and workers helping her) Then fled to Manila and stayed there for almost three months all her needs and expenses for another contract was provided by my sister. (to God be the glory). Today dhang (my sister) told me she's no longer attending the services.

Leng (her nickname) become hopeless and becoming desperate for even her little child is hating her and don't want to acknowledge her as her mama. (painful). The kid loved his papa very much. Because or her husband's attitude (character) many are encouraging her to leave her husband and to look for better responsible man (our aunt in taiwan and some friends and relative of hers- very bad). And she's giving in. She said to my sister (they are both in Hongkong) Leng is just waiting that her husband would do first (will have his own woman) then she will. (O LOrd have mercy). The Lord forbids that their marriage and family be torn apart. PLease help pray.

the sad thing is she never committed her life really to the Lord. That has been my prayer since then she's attending the services. Todays she's putting a distance between her and my sister (both are in abroad).

Thank you all for your prayers. God gave me already the assurance to hear this prayer of ours regarding my cousin.

i just remember that the same thing happened to her eldest sister some years ago (the husband is the offender) and their family nearly broken. Hearing this i just lifted them up in prayer. Some months ago my cousin (her eldest sister) testified her husband becoming responsible to her and the kids, got a permanent job and both recommitted their lives to the LOrd.

God said He has glorified His name and He will glorify it again. (John 12: 27-28) HAllelujah! Praise the Lord. I believe and receive it right now by faith. In JEsus name. Amen. Thank you LOrd.

i just want to make report regarding my cousin Leng. My sister called this day and i ask how is our cousin doing now. She said she's been attended by a sister in Christ now in helping her to walk with Christ. Though **** (my sister) says she is still that hardheaded (it is really hard to witness to your own family and relatives) but i believe Leng's new friend is God's instrument to help her grow in Christ and eventually this would save her family and marriage. Amen. Thank you Lord.

"Dear Ate (ate = elder sister), shall i say i have to regret why i have to help Leng coming here abroad to work?"

This has been the question of my sister after knowing all the truth regarding my cousin where in this prayer request was made.

She said to my sister (they are both in Hongkong) Leng is just waiting that her husband would do first (will have his own woman) then she will.

No wonder why she has to say this thing in order to cover up her doubted act of unfaithfulness to her husband. I just remembered David in this but mercy be to my cousin because before all her plans succeed, she was uncovered. Praise the Lord for His mercy.

she's been attended by a sister in Christ now in helping her to walk with Christ. but i believe Leng's new friend is God's instrument to help her grow in Christ and eventually this would save her family and marriage.

This sister in Christ who became a close friend of hers was God's instrument to uncover all of my cousins betrayal not only to her husband but also to her family and to my sister who did sacrifice a lot to help her (almost forgetting herself just to help her... Lord, please for Your glory, i pray). Because of their closeness, our cousin had opened up everything to her but not the main thing... She is married and has one daughter.

Just this year our cousin was sent home for a while by her employer, but not gone home really to her family but stayed to her live-in partner in another region. this was confirmed by her friend. And they are already planning to be married next year (her live-in partner doesn't know she is married too):shock:

Very sad thing because all of those times she was unable to meet her family's need (especially her daughter who almost died and never did a thing to help) because she is sustaining another family:secret:. (her live-in partner was the eldest in his family and the bread winner of seven sibling. Rey shakes head..) She even told she will have suicide once her relationship with the man is destroyed. (O, my God, have mercy).


My hope on God's promise for her and her family was never shaken because of this sad truth we learned.

I wrote this report because my sister and my family needs prayer because my sister reported the truth already to my cousin's immediate family but not to the husband yet. Dhang got all the detail regarding my cousin's live-in partner (address, contact number, and some photos with Leng - given by her close friend) and gave all to her family.

Today, our cousin is doing all her best to destroy my sister and my family because of the sad truth. Other relatives of ours are attacking my family in town because of manipulated stories Leng is creating identifying herself to some others telling it was my sister who told all things. (Rey sighed)

I would appreciate beloved brothers and sisters in Christ any prayer lifted up for Dhang and my family that we may all still have that quiet and stilled spirit in spite of any attack until God's vindication comes. May the Lord strengthen us all too until His light shines to all of our households. (Amen Lord, let it be).

That the Lord may continue to guide my sister in her ways regarding this. She is thinking to report Leng to her employer for her to be terminated and be sent home to her family but has to think also for those guarantors of Leng (she got a loan in going home to her live-in partner's family) so can't do it otherwise.

That GOd may intervene to my cousin's life and her life be snatch out from the fire. She has been quarrelling her friend too because of this. And the manipulated stories she's creating be stopped. Amen Lord, thank you.

Father, to You i entrust all these things. In Jesus name.
