The word is ἄνωθεν above, and not again. The translated word to again pollutes the Text. You must be Born from above.

it weakens the meaning and have no Heavenly origin On purpose. "Born Again" and "Born from ABOVE" are completely different thoughts. And conveying different meanings. To the plain common english speaking culture. This has been done by design to plant more weeds among the crop.
