[Word of Life]

I am not sure if anyone uses or reads this bible named "The Scriptures". But I was given one recently to read, and found it interesting.

I also found a web site about it too, and where to get one from.

It can take a bit of getting use too, when reading, as they use different words, than what we are used too in our other bibles.

I was reading Hebrews 9 this morning, so here is an example, which I would like to share with you:

Heb 9:1 Now the first covenant indeed had regulations of worship and the earthly set-apart place.
Heb 9:2 For a Tent was prepared: the first part, in which was the lampstand, and the table, and the showbread, which is called the Set-apart Place.
Heb 9:3 And after the second veil, the part of the Tent which is called Most Set-apart,
Heb 9:4 to which belonged the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which were the golden pot that held the manna, and the rod of Aharon that budded, and the tablets of the covenant,
Heb 9:5 and above it the keruḇim of esteem were overshadowing the place of atonement – about which we do not now speak in detail.
Heb 9:6 And these having been prepared like this, the priests always went into the first part of the Tent, accomplishing the services.
Heb 9:7 But into the second part the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for sins of ignorance of the people,1 Footnote: 1Num. 15:15-28.
Heb 9:8 the Set-apart Spirit signifying this, that the way into the Most Set-apart Place was not yet made manifest while the first Tent has a standing,
Heb 9:9 which was a parable for the present time in which both gifts and slaughters are offered which are unable to perfect the one serving, as to his conscience,
Heb 9:10 only as to foods and drinks, and different washings, and fleshly regulations imposed until a time of setting matters straight.
Heb 9:11 But Messiah, having become a High Priest of the coming good matters, through the greater and more perfect Tent not made with hands, that is, not of this creation,

One thing I believe? GOD only put one Name in our Heart [spirit] to call HIM! That Is FATHER!
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Gal 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Yes, that is so true, and that scripture is still in there:-

Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of Elohim, these are sons of Elohim.
Rom 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of Elohim,

I just like searching the deeper things of God, as He has put that thirst in me. I want to get to know the Creator more and more each day, to find those deeper things, as per the scriptures tells me below.

1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Jesus told us to seek and search and knock. So I am seeking and searching all things.

But I do enjoy it, spending my days in the Word, is such a blessing to me.

Luk 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word

Hello Sister in Jesus, Reading your post the following thought came to mind. I offer such in the Lord.

1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

'The things' revealed to us us" here,. are the things that 'eye hath not seen nor ear heard' v9 i.e. Things that come only through the Spirit....'even deep things of God'

Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

The context here......v 11 "If you then being evil know how to give good gifts to your children.....how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things" The good things, are things which only God can give.

All the verses you quote relate to spiritual blessings from God.

In Acts !9 v 1 - 7 The Apostle asked this question to some believers "Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed"

What God is offering to us, in the verses you quote, are the revelations only to be found in Jesus

The MEAT of the Word is the deep spiritual things of GODS LIVING WORD!
There is a GREAT deal that takes place in every child of GOD, at the very moment we are BORN INTO HIS FAMILY and HOUSEHOLD!

Far more than is taught in most churches!

A man running another site ask me to post on this very TRUTh . which I did!

But you know, many cannot accept or live in deep truth , when they are still mainly carnal type christains. That takes nothing from them. unless they never grow?

Then they are the loser as they will not be able to live in the power of the HOLY GHOST !

GOD does not look at them any less , nor us any more!

we are one in our LORD JESUS CHRIST!

THIS is GODS PERFECT WILL , for each of HIS HOLY CHILDREN!

Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

Were NOT far from this! But if we follow mankind, we will never reach this place outwardly!
