Glory to God AlleluYah!
1 Corinthians 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of
man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of
God.
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation
hath appeared to all men,
Titus 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness
and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this
present world;
Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious
appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Titus 2:14 Who gave
himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto
himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Titus 2:15 These things
speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise
thee.
Mainstream denominationalism today teaches that we will
never overcome sin in this life, that only in heaven we will be able to live
righteously. Titus 2:11-15 shows us that this "corporate christianity" teaching
is false, that grace is not only justification(being cleansed of all
unrighteousness) but is also sanctification. The grace of God that brings us all
salvation, teaches us to deny ungodliness and wordly lusts, to live soberly,
righteously, and godly, in this present world! To live righteously is to
live without sin and we can do that in this present world only by the
power of the grace of God working in us. They are right that it is not by our
works, but by the works of God in us, glory to God! We must have faith that God
is able to cause us to walk in accordance to his demands without sin, only by
the power of God's grace, or God will never be able to achieve this state in
us.
2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and
precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature,
having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
2 Peter 1:5
And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue
knowledge;
2 Peter 1:6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance
patience; and to patience godliness;
2 Peter 1:7 And to godliness brotherly
kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
2 Peter 1:8 For if these things
be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor
unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Peter 1:9 But he that
lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that
he was purged from his old sins.
2 Peter 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren,
give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these
things, ye shall never fall:
2 Peter 1:11 For so an entrance shall be
ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and
Saviour Jesus Christ.
2 Peter 1:12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put
you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be
established in the present truth.
2 Peter 1:4 tells us that we can be
partakers of the divine nature, escaping the corruption that is in the
world through lust. Escaping the corruption that is in the world and becoming a
partaker of the divine nature of Christ. Jesus Christ is the only man to ever
walk the ever walk the earth with perfect holiness and a divine nature and we
can become a partaker in this, and of course definetly not buy our works but the
grace of God working in us, and verse 12 says that this is a present truth for
the world we live in now and not only new Jerusalem. Praise to the LORD!
"Not by our works" is not the perversion taught by "corporate
christianity" today that says we will be in sin until we die, but is God working
in us giving us the strength to overcome sin in this present world! Glory
to God, AlleluJAH!.
The question is, do we love sin more than we love
God? Will we give up all our lusts and desires to have the grace of God cause
Christs character to be perfectly relected in us? Or, do we want to feel that we
can continue in sin and live unrepentant lives so we can continue to glory in
our flesh? The choice is our own to make individually.

Jude 1:4 For
there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this
condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and
denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 10:29 Of
how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath
trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant,
wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the
Spirit of grace?
