The First ( about a mothers love)
The first moment she saw him all the pains of nine months went away
Within the final hours to the moment she first held him in her arms
She finally understood good things happen to those that wait
Tears running down her cheek with more tears on the way seeing double
Loving both of them just the same the over whelming of unconditional love
Hearing the first crys she might as well been a human water fall of joy
Watching him sleep was like seeing her dreams come alive
First feeding from her breast gave her chills down her spine
Ever time she realized this was her precious son her Miracle
Each day she thanks the good Lord for this miracle she gave birth
And for the contentment given thats needed to raise a son on her own
Knowing the Heavenly Father would be there for them
From the first crawl to the first steps she couldnt have been more proud
The love she poured out on to her son was the best gift she could ever give
The kiss on his four head may fade away but the imprint will last forever
Hang on to him little Mama He may grow up fast but that love hangs on
Dont worry about the temper tantrums your love will prevail even tough love
That love through Christ will keep him coming back to you
