This generation is approaching the end of time, the end of God’s dispensation of mercy and grace – if the holy God of Israel worked so mightily in earlier times to cleanse and purify His people, how much more is He now busy sanctifying a bride for His son and clothing her in a mantle of righteousness: spotless, and perfectly pure, since the advent of the bridegroom is at the door. This holy God, who is a consuming fire (Heb 12:29) will ensure that a holy bride will be ready and prepared to marry His son; a bride adorned in the beautiful robes of purity and righteousness, washed in the blood of the Lamb and sanctified by every word spoken by God. There will be no stain, no blemish found on her.

Therefore you must walk this road very carefully, in fear and trembling, knowing that Jehovah, although He is merciful and forgiving, must punish every transgression of His holy law to ensure obedience.

We know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope on Him purifies himself, even as that One (Jesus) is pure. - 1John 3:2,3
