Teach Me Now
How do you pray no ones taught me how please teach me now
A young Mama cried all I want to ask the good Lord is to heal
Just to heal my baby girl so she can live a few more years
Have we really stopped teaching how to pray in or out of church
That we don't have to cross the heart for God to hear our heart cry
Or that we have to be kneeling at Church just for us to be heard
How I wish I remembered how to pray please teach me again now
A Dad cried all I want to ask the good Lord is to bring my Son
Just bring my Son back home again so I may show I really do love
Have we really forgotten how to pray is it really that hard to remember
That Christ the Son of God sent back His spirit to remind us how to pray
The Holy Spirit wasn't only sent back to guide us but also to pray for us
A young boy kneeled at the edge of the road where there car hit a pole
Cried out God if your there don't know how to pray but I am asking for help
Please send angels to protect my Mommy and Daddy so they may live
Young Mama the Lord hears your heart cry your faith has made your child well
Dad the Lord hears your heart cry of faith and he’s coming your son is coming home
Young Boy the Lord hears the faith of your heart cry out everything will be alright
The Lord will hear you just let your heart cry out with faith and trust in Him
Angels are on call twenty four seven just waiting for the Lord to send them
Don't need to know what to say just let your heart cry out the Lord understands
The Lord hears the sincerity of our hearts the cries of His children
Even if we forget how to pray He never forgets never stops listening
The power of prayer comes within our hearts and faith not our words
