Curious,

I know the Bible has mentioned markings on the body and I'm not referring only to the "Marks of the Beast", but is getting tattooed okay?

My wife has one and I've been thinking of getting some, basically referencing my relationship with Christ, my wife, and my son.

Any thoughts?

In Christ and always working to be obedient,

Daniel

I just posted this without searching for it. Duh. Anyways, if you want, you can comment. I will also use the search feature.

Also, if posting, please use biblical references and not just opinion although your opinion does matter.

Thanks,

Daniel

We need to remember that our body is God's, not ours.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." KJV

Another thing to remember is we should do all things to glorify God.

1 Corinthians 10:31
"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." KJV

Here is a page that explains the verse, Leviticus 19:28. If you want you can check it out and see if you agree with them.
