About a Savior sold so cheaply, as a ticket from hell,
A life in the flesh unto death he did give,
That through his example we may joyfully live,
A life full of Joy, Peace, Hope and Love,
Through a Holy Spirit that came on the wings of a dove,
As a child this story I started to believe,
That as a man the fullness of power I can receive,
No longer must I live a life of destrction in sin
Already in this flesh his pureness can begin,
Peace in this earth, Loved ones can't you see
That is why he came and died to set us free,
That while we yet live in this earth below
His grace mercy power can already flow,
Let us not sell it so cheaply, only as a ticket from hell
