What you see with your eyes? Or what you read in the Word?
If what we read in the Word is the true reality, why do we continue to confess the unreal?
As an example; The Word says "By Jesus stripes you were healed" but we confess I am sick.
The Word says we are the Blessed but we confess " I am in poverty, or I am beaten down by the devil (in some other way)
Philippians 4:8 (Amplified Bible)
8 For the rest, brethren, whatever is true (that which conforms to reality), whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just (approved of or acceptable of God), whatever is pure, whatever is lovely (acceptable, pleasing) and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].
