With God everything is possible. Just take little steps at a time, don't think about tomorrow, nor next week. Just take it hour by hour, asking God to help you each step of the way and He will.

I was a heavy smoker, it's been a year now and God helped me to quit. I actually enjoyed smoking and it was hard for me to give it up. But God was there and He helped me and saw me through each day. Some days were real hard, but when I got the craving, I asked God to direct my thoughts onto something else and He did.

I praise and thank God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, for strengthening me, during my weaknesses.

He can do this for you, just believe.

Thank you so much. We are planning on going into church tonight as smokers and walk out of church as non-smokers. I have been heavily praying for us to trust in him fully to redeem us from this very strong addiction. Thank you all for your prayers and support.

Good job brother!!! I smoked for 5 years and God helped me break those chains and stay away from that destruction. Just stay away from others smokers and chew alot of gum!!!

Don't buy.....and breath the air God gave

Not easy.........but achievable looking unto Jesus each time the urge returns
