Think about God and His unfailing love for you. His love is always there to lift you up and remind you that He has delivered you from the power of sin and death. No matter how many mistakes you make, God still loves you and wants to forgive you and cleanse you. His love is there to lift your spirits and keep your heart connected with His.
You can know that your heavenly Father shares in your sadness during your dreary days of sorrow. You can feel secure enough in His love to allow Him to carry all of your burdens. And you can live unshakably for Him when you take His hand and let Him lead you to a place of peace and rest.
Let go of the regrets and grab on to God’s compassion. Then you will shout for joy as you remember that He has redeemed you and will bless you through every day and every challenge.
Prayer: Dear God, thank You for loving me. Remind me daily that You have redeemed me and that I will live with You for all eternity. When I think on those things, I will shout with joy as I praise Your wonderful name.
