Another poem from my unpublishable novels.
SAINTLY SINNERS
A saint is a sinner
Whose sins have been forgiven
A saint is a sinner
Whose sins are washed away
A saint is a sinner
Who has come to Jesus
To save him from his sins on Judgment Day
So if you are a sinner
Why not become a saint?
So Jesus looks at you and says:
“Sinner? No he ain’t.”
