2 Cor.4:7-But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down but not destroyed.
1Peter 4:12 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings that when His glory is revealed, you also be glad with exceeding joy
As christians we according to these two verses are called to and will at some point come into situations where we are hard pressed, forsaken, persecuted and struck down...and all for the sake of our Lord Jesus because we choose to follow Him. But know this its not such a strange thing the fiery trials we will face...because God our God is in control and through these trials we are strengthened. God's glory is shown through broken vessels, by those who endure troubles by relying on His power.(taken from king james study bible)
Though the world may come against us my friends we can rejoice in our hearts always because our reward is coming soon...for our Jesus is coming to take back what is His and that is the greatest reward of all. To know we are going to be with and live with our Lord and savior forever!
So, rejoice! when you are crying and feeling your worst and even though you may not feel like it lift up your hands and voice and through the tears, through the pain...through whatever it is that is coming against you...Rejoice! For the hour is at hand when our Lord Jesus is coming back...Rejoice because we will not be destroyed for our Lord has said If you believith in Me though you were dead yet shall you live.. We are going to Live...Live my friends because Jesus has redeemed us all....we are written in His book of life and He has saved us a place in Heaven to reside for eternity! So, Rejoice in the name of our Lord rebuking in His name that which comes against you(the enemy) and Rejoice for great is our reward a reward that is not given of this earth but from our glorious Lord and savior!
I encourage you all today to stand strong in your faith and adhere to Our Lord Jesus...we awake be vigilant and Rejoice for in Jesus we find truth, love, mercy, grace, peace and eternal life all things which are worth more than any thing the world can offer and think about this we already have these gifts my friends! God has given us these gifts and they will and have sustained us...Jesus is all I need...how about you I know Jesus is all you need...so rejoice for you have the greatest treasuse of all JESUS!
