As Chad is moved with his monitors to choose new leadership, please lay Your guiding hand upon him and them, to bring Your best and brighest servants to notice. Let those people who are called to lead and protect this ministry quickly reply to the offices available.
Drive away the spirits of fear and and silence that serve to block the godly edification of Your Children.
Renew and grant mercy to those who are feeling too deeply the convictions their brothers' and sisters' words bring to them, so that they may shore up under the weight and confront the issues brought to light openly and without the weight of condemnation.
Give strong voice to those who glorify You, and stay the closing hands of those who act otherwise.
Help us to repent of misplaced sincerity when it overtakes accuracy of Scripture, for each of us have at one time or another been sincerely mistaken.
Pour fourth Your anointing upon this ministry that we may grow as a congregation and develop into mature Christians.
Give us the blessing to be fully yielded servants who speak only as You direct and transmit only as You have taught.
