I am begging for intercession on the behalf of my family. Our 16 year old son is smoking pot and has become verbally abusive to his father and I. This morning my son physically wrestled his Dad to the ground when my husband took my son's cell phone. We called the police and my son is in the juvenile detention center. We are hurting. Only The Lord can restore our family and rescue our son from darkness. We are having to do some very difficult things as parents. We are trying to save our son's life! I know that God is faithful and He will direct our paths as long as we remain faithful in prayer.

It will be some time before your son changes for the better. Make sure he knows (both of you tell him often verbally) that you love him, and that your love demands that you help him become a responsible human who treats others around him kindly, and helps him become the great man he was meant to be. Praying for your family!!
