Prayer for those on the collapsed bridge

Yesterday, a 1000 foot section of bridge over the Mississippi River that runs through Minneapolis, Minnessota mysteriously collapsed.

So far, there are 9 confirmed deaths, 20 missing, and over 60 injuries. There were well over 50 cars on the bridge at the time of the collapse, and at least half of those are now under water.

No reason is yet known for the collapse of the bridge.

Merciful Father,

I raise my voice in prayer to honor those brought home to You by the collapse of the Minnessota bridge.

I also pray for the families of those injured or killed in this horrible accident. I ask that You speed recovery to the wounded, discovery of the bodies of the dead, and victory to those who are investigating the cause of this tragic ordeal.

Father I ask that you comfort the families that have suffered lost, place your blanket of love over everyone involved. Find those that are missing, and heal all wounds.

I thank you Lord, for being there for those that have called on your name, bless them Lord. Let your glory be seen, be their comforter, counselor and healer.

This is very very sad. I feel sorry for the families who lost loved ones



I have prayed for them and will continue to pray. They certainly need healing (victims) and emotional healing.
