When you know you are praying the will of God you can KNOW you receive your petition.
So? Pray the Word

Colossians 1:9-12 AV
For this cause I also, since the day I heard it, do not cease to pray, and to desire that I might be filled with the knowledge of Gods will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That (NAME) might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and long suffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made me fit to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Ephesians 3:14-20 (King James Version)

For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That he would grant me, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
That Christ may dwell in my heart by faith; that (NAME), being rooted and grounded in love,
May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that (NAME) might be filled with all the fullness of God.

Pray the Word

1Jn 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
1Jn 5:15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Psa 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Pro 24:23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.

Col 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

Eph 6:9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.

God's Word is his will!!!! The Word was God, and God has magnified his Word above His own name.

God does not play favorites. Thou shalt not steal does not apply to one, and not someone else. You shall not steal!!!

Jesus said your faith has made you whole.............
If someone has faith to be healed, than that apply to everyone that will believe and have faith to be healed.

Some have so much pride in thinking they are special. That their situation is somehow different. That it might not be God's Will to heal them. That is arrogance. Your not that special !!!!! Your told to believe, and need to get into obedience, and cast down fear.

Those that have money issues, and other issues really need to examine what they are believing and this......

Job 36:11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.

People need to take responsibility for what they believe, and their obedience to walking in the Light they have.

Just passing things off as God being mysterious, or you just never know what God is going to do, is a "Not my fault" mentality and it will get you nowhere.........

Eph 5:17 Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is.

God's World is his Will. What he has done for one, he will do for you. What he required of one to receive a promise, it is required of you.

Psalm 91

Because I dwell in the secret place of the most High I abide under the shadow of the Almighty, I say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust.
Surely He shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover me with His feathers, and under His wings do I trust: His truth shall be my shield and buckler.
I will not be afraid for the terror by night; or for the arrow that flies by day; nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand; but it shall not come near me.
Only with my eyes shall I behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because I have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, my habitation;
There shall no evil befall me, neither shall any plague come near my dwelling for He shall give His angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways.
They shall bear me up in their hands, lest I dash my foot against a stone.
I shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall I trample under my feet.
Because I have set my love upon Him, He will deliver me: He will set me on high, because I have known His Name.
I shall call upon Him, and He will answer me: He will be with me in trouble; He will deliver me, and honor me.
With long life will He satisfy me, and show me His Blessing.
