Pray for a local church

Please lift up a friend of mine, his name is Jim and his church is splitting down the middle due to the indescrestions of the senior pastor. He is one of the deacons and resigned his position yesterday over this. Pray that God will lift his spirit and guide him and his family to where he needs them to be. Pray for the church that they will seek God's will and not their own. Finally pray for the pastor that has fallen, may God convict his heart and show him the error of his ways before it's to late.
