Please pray for my father's healing

Dear friends,

This is the first time I'm letting you know, what really happened in my family:

My father is a railway employee. He inspects the drivers assigned to him. On November 2003, while he was on duty, when he was getting down the train, the driver suddenly released the brakes, as a result, my father slipped and fell down. His pant was caught onto a part of the locomotive, and his head was near the wheels. The train dragged him for 20 metres before it could come to rest.

As a result of this accident, he sustained a spinal injury (L-5 smashed in pieces). For 6 months he was bed ridden.

Right now he's recovered 50%. He's able to walk, but not normally (He needs to take some support many times). Every day, he has excruciating back pain, cramps in his legs (24 hours a day).

Please pray for his healing, that he will become like how he was before.

NOTE: My father is a strong believer in the Lord. He believes that God will heal him.

Lord - we come into your presense now, to the foot of your throne. Thank you Heavenly Father, for your Grace.

We bring to into your presence now Richie's father - we praise and thank you for the gifts of faith and love which you have blessed him with; for his loving son whom has come to know you as His Lord and for the mercies of all the healing you have done in his life already.

Abba, Father, we know though the life of your son Jesus Christ, your will for us. We know that you heal by your power and your love; and through your son Jesus Christ we pray that you heal this man.

Through your Son, our Saviour Jesus Christ, who died and rose again to reign with you through the unity of the Holy Spirit
