Hey everyone...

My name is Nermeen, I just moved to the US last October 2010 to be with my husband. Sorry this prayer request might be a little long.

We've been really struggling with finances because of his current job in Florida, if you live in FL, you'll know what I'm talking about. He really hates it and the pay is very low, he took an 11k pay cut when he took this job and moved from Alabama to Florida (his parents pressured him to move closer to them) and his boss has been firing people very often without any notice, he's really a hard worker and he deserves the best...

We can't afford to buy much, we couldn't afford to get me on his insurance plan, and we definitely can't afford to have kids or cars and we're in a lot of debt and it has been very hard especially to be in a new country.

He recently had a couple job interviews in Chicago as we hopefully plan to move there cause it's perfect for the field of job he's working in, the interviews went very good and we're waiting on a job offer soon if God wills. It'll be very hard to relocate but there's no other option right now.

Please pray for us, we really need a better job to sustain us, pray his parents won't be very mad at our decision and we don't want to hurt them, also, pray that the move to Chicago can be easy and we can get used to this beautiful city, we both love Chicago and the jobs there are perfect but still worried because it's a huge decision for us.

It sounds really complex, a lot of needs and a lot of things going on. I'm going to pray right now before I forget, because I've told a lot of people today that I would pray for them.

"Father, I pray that you would fill all of Nermeen and her husband's needs--financial, spiritual, physical...housing, emotional needs, friendships, church, God be their Everything and Everyone, and we praise You ahead of time for all the answers, in Jesus' name, Amen."

If your husband is a hard worker - and I imagine he is - he'll find a better job. I'm sure the two of you will come to the right decision concerning the move.

We are still waiting for the offer and waiting on God patiently. What ever God has in plan for us, would be the best thing for us.

Update

I just wanted to make a quick update, my husband got the job he wanted, and we found a beautiful apartment, and his parents are okay with it and we'll be moving to Chicago in 2 weeks! it'll be so hectic so please pray for us!
