Painting

I don't think this joke has been posted, if so sorry and ignore.


One day a small church need painting. The members of the church looked around for bids and offers. A middle age man, named John, offered the lowest price to paint the church and got the job.

So John went to walmart to buy some paint, but the devil meet him at the door and said, "buy cheap and get more money", So John bought allot of paint thinner and a little bit of paint. He thinned the paint.

John went to work painting the church on a warm sunny day. All of a sudden the sky darken, thunder and lightning , rain came pouring down. John jumped off his ladder and ran for cover. The rain washed the paint away. The sun came out and dryed everything up. John shook his head and said weird, and went back to painting the church.

He painted a little , and the sky went Boom, and rain came pouring down, there was thunder and lighting and the winds started to blow like a hurricane. John got scared, fell to his knees and said "God have mercy on me, what do you want of me".

The Voice of God came from the sky, and Boomed, " Repaint and Thin no More."

Hope you enjoyed, i'm not one for good story telling, or typing logically.
