Our faith... It's OUR faith that makes God make things happen.

Matt 9:22;

Matt 9:29;

Matt 15:28;

Mark 5:34;

Mark 10:52;

Luke 8:48;

Luke 17:19;

Luke 18:42;

Romans 11:20;

1 Cor 2:5;

1 Cor 15:14-17;

2 Cor 10:15;

Col 1:4;

Col 2:5-7; etc...

We are supposed to test ourselves to see if we are in the faith.

2 Cor 13:5;

It is OUR faith that saves us.

Luke 7:50;

Not Jesus's faith. Not God's faith. It is OUR faith.

Our salvation depends on many things, one of those things is OUR faith.

Our faith (not God's) will be tested.

Heb 11:17;

1 Pet 1:7;

Rev 2:10;

Faith is not simply what you say you believe, but the actions you do that
prove your faith.

Heb 11:7-11;
Heb 11:17-33;

Faith alone saves no one. Faith without works is dead.

Jas 2:14-26;

Greetings,

Thank you for presenting what you have.
Would you mind expanding on what you have said for those who may not understand what you are saying?

Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Ephesians 4:13-16 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From Whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Bless you ....><>

I was just conversing with someone else about this very thing. Logic, deduction, and knowledge are all good and worthy, but the tenents of these three things change with time when it comes to man. God never changes His nature, and His truths are timeless. I see so many christians who use man's knowledge, man's logic and deduction to attack others and their faiths. Faith is belief in things unseen, unproven except in our own hearts. Scripture often speaks of the power of faith... simple faith...not knowledge, not logic or deduction. How could something that is so often put down to "only for simpletons", but not for the wise or the smart, be so very powerful? It is better to remember that God's foolishness is more powerful than man's wisdom and knowledge and power. It is when we trust the leading of the Spirit, that faith is made strong, and that strength shows in our lives, and becomes the attraction to others to seek God for the same.

I think there is a misconception between faith being a work, and faith causing God to work.

Matt 13:58; Mark 6:4-5;

It is OUR faith (not God's) that makes things happen. Is Jesus God? Could he have forced miracles to happen in the two passages above?
I believe He could have. But He didn't. Why? Because of the faith of the people. In all of the verses in the OP, it was always "your faith"
have saved you. "your faith" has healed you. "your faith" caused this to happen.

We can sit back and say things happen or don't happen because God wills it. (I believe this is often the case).
But sometimes things happen or don't happen because of OUR faith.
