Just want to share a short and funny story about my aunt,
she's an old maid, very short tempered, irritable, nagger and that makes her wacky at the same time. We just love laughing at her when she gets mad cause after a while she'll be ok again and just laugh at herself too.
But God showed me something amazing through her.
One day, she got so mad at someone/something, that she started yelling and its as if shes gonna loose it,
we are afraid that she might do/say a terrible thing,so someone told her,
"Aunt, Just pray about it, and please pray for your anger to go away." and then she replied,
"No! I dont want to pray!.... because I know God will answer it, and ill immediately lose my anger."
It got me smiling, so she knows that if she prays, God will immediately respond to it.
The Lord told us to pray Matthew 26:41
And that is one great way to escape any kind of temptation, no matter how big or small. 1 Corinthians 10:13
Maybe all the while, she was praying everytime she gets mad and thats why after some seconds shes ok again:wink:
