Jesus christ was Born in the old testament.
He was under the law , yet was GOD , which is of course above the law!

But ,He obeyed the law!

He came as a baby , to be a perfect example to us !

many things HE said ? Was for that time. Some things HE said was for the future!

The disciples , were told many things, they did not understand , Later after HE became the NEW TESTAMENT .
The HOLY GHOST revealed these things to them !

Still even after GOD had Shown Peter that the gentiles and all mankind could be saved ! Peter and james would not live totally in this truth!

GOd has to send Paul to explain it to them .
They had a big arguement . As they had heard the LORD say? they were not to go to any but the jews ! And they knew salvation was only of the jews!

But,the truth won out and they all agreed the NEW TESTAMENT only started after the LORD gave HIS blood and Flesh for us!

Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Mar 14:24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.

Heb 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
Heb 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
Heb 9:16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
Heb 9:17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
Heb 9:20 Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.

Heb 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of graceHeb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

Gal 3:12 And the law is not of faith:love:

2Co 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Amen!

Peter stood up and said to them, "Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. And God, who knows the heart, bore witness to them, by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us,
and he made no distinction between us and them, having cleansed their hearts by faith. Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will." - Act 15
