Sometimes waiting on God can be a difficult test of patience. But realizing that God has you right where you are for a reason can help you hold on. Don’t let unanswered prayers distract you from seeking Him and asking Him for what you need. Never stop pursuing Him, and never stop asking Him for what you know He wants you to have.
God doesn’t get tired of hearing from you, and He doesn’t roll His eyes when you ask for the same things over, and over. So spend more time with Him and focus on His character as you bring your requests to Him. He wants you to keep seeking and asking, knowing that He wants to bless you.
God is in the business of taking care of what’s precious to Him. That includes you! Stop worrying about why certain things happen (or don’t happen) the way they do and start getting to know your Maker with everything that’s in you. When you devote time to your heavenly Father, life will begin to make sense. Don’t keep getting caught up in all the distractions. Never stop getting caught up in Jesus and following after Him with all your heart.
Prayer: Father, help me to stay focused on You and Your goodness as I wait for You to answer me when I bring my requests to You.
