I went for an interview with a company (Subsidiary of one of the leading banks in the world) yesterday. The Company has set-up a Technology centre in India 2 years back and it is into testing Banking applications and product implementation. The opportunity is for the Training Div. The Person from the training div who interviewed me has been handling everything all by herself. If I join, we'll be two people in this team.

The job seems to be attractive & lucrative in terms of growth & career prospoects. But, one hitch is that, initially I’ll be on contract and then on rolls. I didn’t like it, as I'm already working for a well-know Telecom company for more than 1 year on permanent rolls. After interviewing me, she found me good and the best fit for the job, she said that and she went on coaxing me to join. Also I need to give 2 months notice period in my current Organisation. But they want me to resign & join within 15 days.
Even Salary is not exactly what I expect. So my terms & conditions are not being met.

I’m just praying & hoping it’s a good job & a good break. I don’t want to later regret. So, surrendering it into God’s hands and asking if it’s God’s will. Since there is only one person in this division and above me...I praying she shouldn't boss around, dumping all the work on my head.

I'm in double mind. Please pray for me prayer partners!
God Bless you!

Greetings again GodChild,

As I was praying, I am sure that you should be encouraged....

sister, the Lord loves you and wants you to know just how much, and to bathe in His love and care for you and understand what it is to trust in Him for every bit of your life, both now and forever... amen

I also pray that you are kept from any foul and deceiving situation, and that you are safe and able to rejoice in Jesus, as He leads you through the choices about work. We don't know what tomorrow brings, but we do know who holds tomorrow in His hands, so be encouraged in His love for you and His majestic almighty Lordship over your life as you commit every day to him.

Bless you sister, in Jesus holy name .... amen, amen, amen.

The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. Psalm 18:2

But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God. Psalm 40:17

Thank you so much Brother...I'm so encouraged by your words & prayer.
I was strong in my faith and nothing could shake me. I used to pray for people and quote scriptures to those who needed encouragement. Now I feel so far away from God. I'm getting angry & frustrated very fast. Not able to focus on the Lord. I get easily discouraged. I fail to open the WORD of GOD for answers. I need to get right with our God. Please continue to pray. In my present work place, I don't have anyone with whom I can pray. It's sometimes very difficult when you're surrounded by a bunch of non-believers...
Regarding this new job offer...I'm praying & asking for signs from God. Also asking God to take it away from me, if it isn't HIS will.

Yes...the Lord is my rock, and my fortress, my help, my deliverer and my strength. I will trust in HIM.

Thanks!
God Bless you Brother!

Thank you so much for this word sister. You know something, it was this same scripture my husband gave me this morning before I left to work. And this same scripture I'd quoted to my husband when he was worried about his decisions on job change.

Thanks for reminding me. God works wonders through the Body of Christ.

God Bless You!

Not good

praying & hoping it’s a good job & a good break

I would need to have much more assurance than what you appear to have in this matter

Lord Jesus I pray you will bless GodChild with wisdom and understanding, and lead her in the right path

Thanks Stephen, I'm more at peace with all your prayers. I believe God has the best for me and HE will never forsake me. I have not yet heard from this Organization. I believe it's God's plan.

Thank you all so much!
God Bless YOU & be with YOU all always!

I was anxiously waiting for a call again from this company to atleast agree on one term of mine...offering me a permanent job. I also am looking for a job change as I'm NOT growing in my present company. In my desperation, I got a call today...which made me leap with joy.
But they seem to be sticking to their word that they want me to join them on contract (which not only me, but my friends, colleagues & family members are against). The person who's recruting seemed not happy with my response and said if I'm fixed on that, then she would have to finalise on someone else, whom they have shortlisted. It was depressing to hear that. But i've told them, they can contact me anytime, if there is a permanent job vacancy with them. I don't know if I've made the right choice. I feel as though I've let go off a very good opportunity. I'm unable to dicern God's plan in this.

Please pray for me. I'm disturbed.

God Bless!
