My Family

I am currently on a family weekend with 25 ish of us. We have one every year and meet up in a different hotel or house for a long weekend and have great fun together. We are all so close, care so much about each other and love getting together - it's the highlight of the year! Im talking extented family cousins, aunts, uncles etc...

My Mum and I are the only Christians (and my Mum is VERY shy in sharing her faith). But I am SO excited about what God is doing. I have been so open with about my relationship with Jesus with everybody (especially this year now that I have really found my faith) and the response has been AMAZING! There is SO much spiritual hunger and questionning. It turns out one of my cousins has been to an Alpha course (Christian course) and others are interested about God and want to know him. Yesterday we had a big dinner and I had the most incredible conversations really challenging my family members to pursue after God and seek to find the truth about Jesus son of God.

Please please pray that God can break into their hearts and heal them of their spiritual blindness and make himself known to them.

Pray that as they all head home they can be asking themselves and God questions and finding all the answers in the Bible and in Jesus.

Pray especially for Dad (Michael), Kaye, Jessie, Douglas, Ben and Julie (my sister).

I so want to see my family ignited with a passion for Jesus Christ and a steadfast and wholehearted love for him.

Jesus, I pray that you can break through in my family's hearts and make yourself known to them. So many of them are hungry and thirsty and i pray that as they turn to you, you can give them all the nourrishment and strength that they need. I pray that as they seek you that you can answer, and that you can brush off all the unbelief that holds them back from you. I pray that you can shine your light over them and bring them into your presence and into relationship with you. Thank you so much in faith I know that you will. AMEN

I stand with you in this prayer.
It sounds to me like you have got them thinking about God which is great. If they see what a diffrence He makes to you and your life them hopefuly you will inspire them.

Lord guide this family, show them your Love and guide them so that they can walk in your footsteps and walk your path, give strength to redfox so that he is aslo abole to help guide his family and show them the light!

Jesus I pray that you are glorified throughout my family. That we can become a family of righteousness and a family that trusts completely in you. I pray that our family reunions can become worship and prayer throughout. I thank you that you have the power to transform and I pray that you breakthrough in the hearts of my family and change them forever, that they might come to know you intimately and personally. Thank you that you can do more than I can ever ask or imagine (Eph3:20). My hope is in you and I trust in your plans for my family. I pray that you take the burden of witnessing to my family from me that I can recognise that I am a vessel for your love and that it is by your power that lives are changed. I pray you annoint me with that power as I witness to my family and friends, and that only you can be glorified when you work miracles around me. Thank you Jesus
