But I will hope continually and will praise you yet more and more. My mouth will tell of your righteous acts, of your deeds of salvation all the day, for their number is past my knowledge. With the mighty deeds of the Lord GOD I will come; I will remind them of your righteousness, yours alone. Psalm 71:14-16 ESV

During difficult times, it can be easy to doubt God’s care or power to provide for you. You may know of the prosperity gospel, which goes so far as to say that hardship means God is withholding blessing from you on purpose. Yet the writer of Psalm 71 shows himself willing to go against the doubt of his time and the seeming hopelessness of his circumstances. He knows that God hasn’t abandoned him and that he can even resolve to remind others of His past actions.

When facing doubts and fearful circumstances, God’s people can find hope in His past provision and care. By recounting what the Lord has done in the past, we can see how He supported us and others when we were besieged by doubts and adversity. What you remember about God will influence what you believe God can do in the future.

Prayer: Father, help me to remember Your past care and provision so that I can meet the darkest moments of life with a heart of hope and faith.

I remember something like that but how true is what you have said.
I am might have to put this in my own words, what I heard a long time ago.

"you cannot not see the beauty of The STARS until The Dark-ness of The Darkest of All Nights" "The Darker the Night The brighter are The Stars"

And, Night Time will come.
Ecclesiastes 11
7Light is sweet, and it pleases the eyes to see the sun. 8So if a man lives many years, let him rejoice in them all. But let him remember the days of darkness, for they will be many.Everything to come is futile. 9Rejoice, O young man, while you are young, and let your heart be glad in the days of your youth. Walk in the ways of your heart and in the sight of your eyes, but know that for all these things God will bring you to judgment.…

The Pilgrim's Way are full of ways! Not one dull moment! But once , we cross "That CREEK". I do think, you might have to pinch me, when we get to GLORY LAND to let me know this is REAL!:sob:

Dear Brother,
Very true on the darkness & stars.
I was in the desert years ago and laid down on a mound where even with my peripheral vision I could only see the darkness & stars. Not a cloud in the sky.
It made me feel like I was being swallowed up by the immensity of God's Creation, it was all around me! They were so bright, as if I could reach out and touch them! Amazing!

How much more when we are in Gloryland!!! Tears of Joy my brother!!! :sob:

With the Love of Christ Jesus.
