I wish to bring up some things the Lord showed me this past week. Most of us are acquainted with John 10:10 The thief comes forth to steal, but steal what? One could say many things he looks to steal, but where is the core? Colossians 3:5-10 I want to show this in its entire content but focus your eyes and spirit upon verses 9-10! The core of what the enemy always looks to steal is your identity!

For from all he looks to take he truly looks to strip us of who we truly are in Spirit to our Jesus. And what is the core nature of Jesus himself? verse 12 BELOVED!! that is us!!As the father called Jesus himself!!( matt 3:17!) And what word did the enemy omit??( matt 4:3!!) Beloved! because of 1 john 4:7-8and verse 17!! As HE is so are we in this world!! Does Jesus have any cares? Is Jesus poor in any way? Are we? The other day,as I was awaken by them cutting the grass on our apartment building on Sunday at 9am,I went out in great anger to those who would do this, and gave them a piece of my mind.

Upset and angry as I went back to my apartment, Holy Spirit said mark, that was not you doing that was it??( Col 3:10!) oops The old self never wishes to let go of us brothers and sisters. At times it will remind us where we truly are in our minds and spirit according to who we serve and believe in! ( col 3:12-17!!) Our flesh can cause us not knowing it to pull out 2 cor 13:5!! LOL We are all a work in progress brothers and sister!( phil 1:6) That is why it is so very important to depend upon the Word of God, both in our mind, and through our hearts!( 2 cor 10:4-7!!!) verse 7!!

Yet again That just as he is Christ's SO ALSO ARE WE! Saying this brother or this sister lacks, and we at times look to condemn them,we do this according to our old self,a self righteous self!( rom 8:1) That is not you! So let us always be conscious of this daily, and are words will truly be few!( Ecclesiastes 5:2!) To believe in who we are,we truly live our lives according to who we are!And when we do not,we realize our old self, still needs some work on departing!!( 1 cor 9:23-27!! verse 27!! May this help us all,to live without loss of any kind, for Jesus cannot lose and through him in us,neither can we!!( rom 8:31!) Blessing all!!

Greetings in the Lord Jesus

Deny the flesh, pick up your cross and follow me.
Denying the flesh is an everyday battle; for the flesh wars against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh. Amen.
As long as this "earth suit" remains, we all have the tendency to yield to it. As Paul stated; what I should do, that I don't, and what I shouldn't do, that I do. Flesh and Spirit warring.
Be ye not conformed to this world; the ways of the world, the actions of the world, the lust of the world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Amen.
Upon seeking Jesus, through the Word of truth, He is transforming your mind and heart into a vessel fit to be used by a King. Amen.
Self can not transform self. Has the potter not control over the clay? God is in control.
The closer we get to Him; the more of the flesh we lay down, and begin to become overcomers IN Him, being transformed BY Him, THROUGH Him; as He speaks the Word of truth into our heart.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. Becoming ONE with Him. He is in me, I am in Him, we go unto the Father. Amen. WE ARE ONE WITH HIM; not separate. Amen
He uses everything to teach us His ways, His truth, His life; producing His will for us in our life; our life becomes His life and His will. Amen.
When we feel the flesh rising up in us; if we would STOP and ask ourselves "what would Jesus do?" We would find that we have yield ourselves to the fruits of the Spirit; not the fruits of the flesh. Amen
He continues to live in this world because He lives and comes forth through us; Jesus came in the flesh and continues to come in the flesh, today, through anyone who believes and receives Him into their heart, speaking forth the ministry that they have received of Him. Amen.
God uses all things to teach us and pull us closer to Him. Amen.
Jesus has already won the battle, overcoming the world. all that is in the world or will ever be in the world; We must surrender our life to Him, and He begins transforming us to walk in the Spirit with Him. Amen.
All praise, honor, and glory to God. Amen

You said it right the way is to surrender and this brings us under the rule and reign of Christ in His kingdom.
Satan tries to get us to dwell in our fleshly soul rather than our spirit, and so rob us of our enjoyment and experience of God in this life, and of our rewards in the next. In this sense we have not left the Garden of Eden, satan tries to pull us towards the tree of knowledge and death (our fallen mind, emotions), and the Spirit tries to keep us at the tree of life - ultimately the heart choice is ours. The flesh, the self, is always with us, but has been crucified with Christ on the cross, put to death, but it never leaves completely. The reason our flesh pops up is because Jesus is not on the throne of our heart, usually because we become self-sufficient. We must stay under the ruling and reigning of His kingdom 24/7 and this takes continually surrender and consecration.
