Luke 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
Greetings all.
I am just wanting to share and hear your thoughts on this verse.
The Lord has placed this scripture on my mind this last month. I am constantly seeing visions of people in hell looking up and weeping.
My mind wonders on their reality. The reasons they are weeping and gnashing their teeth.
The following thoughts come to mind: They grasp their reality. They look up and see God for who He is. They grasp how wrong they were about Him. They grasp how sweet those in heaven are to one another. They look around them and see no children. They look around and see no true love. Hordes of criminals. Hordes of immoral people. Nobody wanting to be selfless. All self seeking. They grasp (this makes me shudder), the length of eternity. Eternal separation is grasped in it's entirety.
I pray that this image of the lost person in hell looking up and weeping be ingrained in each of our minds. It has truly helped motivate and focus my witnessing.
