[evolution]

I no longer have to dwell on the past
im set free
no longer looking back,
It is now behind me
the humilition i brought upon myself
the tears, the heartache
the shame I felt
its over, its done, thats it, im through
with holding on to things
that happened from my youth
my lessons are earned
the price was paid
now i will move forward
i am not afraid
I remember this quote,
it always stuck with me
It said "be like the eagle who feeds on live things"
" dont be like the vulture, which feeds on whats dead"
crawling on the ground, soar like the eagle to the mountain top instead
