I just need to share my excitement tonight and at the same time, thank Heavenly Father for blessing me so much as to give me a precious gift. A couple of nights ago, on chat, a man of God prayed with me about something, and as I prayed outloud, I began to speak in a heavenly language.

My spirit was crying out to Father to help me so "loud" that it allowed the Holy Spirit to come in and fill me and fill in the blanks in my understanding. That's the only way I can explain it. I didn't know what was going on, but I was in awe. There is so much I want to share now and I feel so much more confident and at the same time, humbled that I would be given this gift.

It was an eye-opener to me, that part about crying out to Him with all of my heart. I think that's when He really hears us and gives us MORE than our heart's desire. He filled me up and I want to stay there and I want it to overflow so I can become His instrument and be His servant. He has so much for us, it is unspeakable. I praise God for what He has done in my life. I wish everyone could feel like this. It's awesome! :groupwave:

Very good.:shade: This usually happens when one is not striving for it but simply trusting God.

Joh 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
Joh 7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

The Holy Spirit flows out from our innermost being. What a privileged and an honor to be the temple of the Living God. Indwelt by the all seeing, all knowing, omnipotent Lord of heaven and earth- Hallelujah!

I love the thought of rivers of living water flowing out of my belly. lol But why couldn't the Holy Ghost be given yet, because Jesus was not glorified? Couldn't Jesus and the Holy Ghost be in the same place at once?

Out of our belly- innermost being-
The Hebrews believed the bowels to be the seat of the spirit or the innermost man. This is apparent today as the Holy Spirit nudges us with a "gut feeling" or a deep down knowing that passes mental acquiescence.

Could Jesus and the Holy Spirit be in the same place-
Jesus had no gone to the cross so the veil had not been rent. This barrier between God and man was torn from top to bottom (from heaven to earth) when Jesus became sin and died in our place.
Man and God could have no real communion until the price of sin was paid on the cross. So while Jesus (who was sinless) sinful man had to wait until Jesus applied the blood in the heavenly tabernacle.
Rule number one: no blood = no oil.
The foreshadowing of our baptism in the Holy Spirit was when Jesus had this experience after being immersed by John.
Man immersed in water but Jesus comes to baptize on the Holy Spirit and fire.
