God is more interested in winning all of me than in my
winning all the world for Him.
True faith, in Gods eyes has nothing to do with the size or amount of a work you aim to accomplish. Rather, it has to do with the focus and direction of your life. You see, God isn't as concerned with your grand vision as He is with who you're becoming.

God Is Interested In An Eternal Life Spent With You

God is interested in an eternal life spent with you.

He had it with Adam and Eve, an eternal existence with His creation, man.
I suppose, if they hadn't disobeyed God's one rule and eat the serpents apple, we would all still be there with them in perfection, the Garden of Eden.

Since that historical event, God has, in His infinite wisdom and power, continually made covenants(contracts/promises) with man to get them back to their original state of perfection that Adam lost for us due to His sin.

Except for the miracle of Jesus Christ's resurrected life, God in His absolute perfection and can not coexist with imperfection. God Himself said that man can not look at Him and live. Even Moses coudn't look upon Him, see Exodus 33:17-23.

But look at what St. Paul says in 1 COR 13: 9-12: 9For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. 12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

How is it possible, that we can look at God face to face? Look at the above verse again: We, because of Jesus Christ perfect life in us; because of His righteousness, God will take our imperfection and makes us perfect and wll spend all of eternty in His presence....that is heaven!
How is this possible?
  • Jesus Christ's physical death on the cross abolishes our sin and forgives.
  • By recieving Jesus Christ's, now resurrectednd spiritual, life in us saves and provides eternal life.
For each one us, this the promise made out in God's covenant of Grace. This is the end product of His devine plan to make us perfect and allow us to to "walk in the garden" with Him once again.

Blessings
