Jesus tattoo style

Discussion in 'Stories' started by DaGG, Mar 12, 2017.

  1. What do you think about this style of tattoo?
    Is it isulting to Jesus?
  2. Hello brother, Yahuah commanded us not to do this - "And do not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor put tattoo marks on you. I am יהוה." (Leviticus 19:28), "You do not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of that which is in the heavens above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth" (Exodus 20:4).
Another thing is, we don't know how our Messiah looked, but I can assure you he looked nothing like modern images of Him (brown long hair, brown eyes, beard, skin color), this image, from what I've found out, comes from Catholic Church and the son of pope Alexander VI. You can find out from the scriptures that He probably looked more like Morgan Freeman.

  3. I
    No to any tattoo's

    Yes, you are right.
  5. Such a practice is paganism and should be abstained from by the professing Christian.
