It's Okay To Cry

When the voices tell
You how ugly you are
It's okay to cry

When the ache inside
Overwhelms you
It's okay to cry

When loved ones die
And your life feels empty
It's okay to cry

When everything weighs you down
And hope seems far away
It's okay to cry

As you cry can you see Him
His arms are enveloping you
He collects all those tears in His bottle

It's okay to cry He whispers
As you weep and weep and weep
It's okay to cry

Yes however we should also have a heart for others, even if we are ugly! God made us all and we should NOT discriminate. What will we say to Him on that day?

Ignoring Christians who are struggling is not a good thing anyway, Giggles4God no matter who we are. God LOVES us all equally, none is better than the other, am I right? To be ignored, I mean?

The poem isn't exactly about voices outside of us. Sometimes, as the saying goes, we are our own worst enemy. Satan hates that we are made in the image of God and that we can have such a relationship with Him. Satan is jealous. He (satan) gave up the right to have such a close relationship with God and he doesn't want anyone else to experience that.

Yes, it is wrong to ignore people, but sometimes people can't see the struggle. It is only when people open up to each other that it is seen.
