Yes and no.
Sometimes God speaks to us without going through the Bible.
This can be a simple conviction for doing something we know not to do.
Sometimes God speaks to us through Pastors and Godly friends.
Pentecostals believe God speaks to them through the Holy Spirit - tongues and prophecies.
Sometimes he speaks to us when we pray. It's difficult to explain this one. It will never be based on emotions,
but sometimes we "feel like" God is telling to do something. ( Be a missionary, go apologize to someone, give
money to a certain charity, etc... ) There's a little more to it than that.
But in all cases above... whatever is being said will never disagree with the Bible.
There is no new revelation about God's will or His purpose. Things that were a sin in the Bible
haven't stopped being a sin. There is no different way to be saved. So in this context, the answer is no.
