My name is Stephen [Stephen1 on this forum]
I am a non-denominational prophecy teacher, began studying the scriptures and ancient Middle Eastern history at a young age, and have about 30 years of continuous study of the Bible and related materials
I believe that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God who is both God and human and that He is the only way for one to be saved for eternity
I have added a few posts in the prophecy section of this forum and hope I can make a contribution to the readers
My personality and demeanor is direct, candid, and with a no nonsense approach .... so I do tell others what I think without intending to evaluate or judge them
I focus upon the subjects discussed which may at times make others feel uncomfortable
I have learned, adjusted, and expanded my understanding of the Lord's Word many times on my journey with the objective of perfecting the interpretations of the visions of the Bible prophets
I believe that this knowledge can be used as a powerful witness to the unbeliever and as a comfort and support for the believer
I do not necessarily follow others who make the same efforts, but I do review most of them
Some are helpful ..... and some are not in my opinion
I am familiar with most denominational approaches to the subject and can help to evaluate them with an unbiased view .... always comparing every detail with the scriptures
If I do see error in the teachings I will point them out and explain why
I will also comment on any perversion, falsehood, cult like behavior, and the like that may be connected with the teachings
Prophecy is an extremely significant and powerful part of the Lord's Word and it can be used to attract, mislead, and deceive by those who seek self gain for many reasons
I am against this kind of use of Bible prophecy and will quickly point out when it is being done if I detect it and will explain why as I see it
If I can be of assistance or answer questions please ask and I will attempt to answer
If I do not know the answers, I will say so and will make an effort to research the subject for any who have and interest
This forum has an exceptional structure and design and it appears that the members overall are very Christ centered and well behaved
This is not always the case on many of the forums that presently exist on the Internet today
