What draws a person to pretend to be someone else on the internet and try to tear your spirit? What causes a person to get on a christian site just to make chaos on it, come on like a sheep but really a wolf, ready to take their claws on you? Is it because one might be so against our Lord Jesus Christ or is it out of desperation? Why would one even bother to take thier time for something like that if one is not really interested? Is it just one that trying to shut down a christian site?

Please know that I am not talking about this site.

Could be various reasons:

- evilness (hate)
- childishness
- revenge (i.e. an atheist comes to revenge in words against an article that speaks against atheism)

Matthew 5:10-12

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
 
Thanks, this explains it well especially the "childishness" one since it is basically some kind of game they play. I have spent a lot of time on another larger site which was consistantly targeted in this way. We had mod's dealing with it daily.

There are many hateful ones out there who travel the Internet attacking Christian and Bible Forum sites..trolls who just attack to be attacking. Very sad.
