From my decades of experience, most will stomp over what Jesus said with things Paul said.

Was that necessary?(I think we've found our troll....)
Born again sons of God, Christian's as new creatures do have need to wrestle against dying flesh and blood. . puffing up one apostle over another as in; who is the greatest apostle as a delivery boy.
Therefore, performing who is the greatest in order to make sola scriptura without effect.
Making the apostles the puffed up ones
The oldest trick in the book (sola scriptura) which began in the garden with four words of false prophecy. "Nether shall you touch"
1 Corithian 3:6-7 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure (parable) transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.;For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?
Was it necessary that Brad Huber directly call ME a troll? Was that necessary?
Do you want me to just go ahead and delete this sequence?
With the Love of Christ Jesus.
I've looked all through this thread for even a post from Brad Huber and I can't find one.Was it necessary that Brad Huber directly call ME a troll?
Thanks for the reply. My feeling was not hurt. God's love that can work in us is long sufferingWas it necessary that Brad Huber directly call ME a troll?
Yet, @Garee seems to think he is divinely inspired to reply to each and every post I now make since his feelings got hurt when I placed him on ignore. Going after someone in this fashion is definitely the hallmark of a troll, though.
I have often thought that the Ignore feature should be MAD (mutually assured destruction) in that the party I place on IGNORE shouldn't be allowed to see my posts.
That would definitely reduce the trolling.

(Bringing you yet another well thought out and well written reply.)
You are certainly Puffed Up...
Why does it need to be this thread? I never said anything about it being in this thread.I've looked all through this thread for even a post from Brad Huber and I can't find one.
Nope.... find below the post that I had referred to (and make sure to click on it).Congratulations!!!
You've turned yourself into the very thing you would criticize!
Watch which way your finger is pointing. It's easy to find... just search on "troll" and "Brad Huber."it does make you look a bit foolish.
Do you ever get tired of being a troll? No, that's just your personal perspective. I don't care about "points." Period. I care about truth. But your words seem to show that you need to think this way in order to belittle me and maintain your ego status. I don't (need to think this way).
And I gave you my answer:

And you don't think you use a double standard ???I will delete it tomorrow, or if you respond today.

For each thread is a conversation of its own.Why does it need to be this thread? I never said anything about it being in this thread.
What would you suggest I do? Not think of myself above sola scriptura and obey the first loving commandment?
The other option glory as if I did not receive the. . . . . "let there be and it was good. The Christ working in us power
Remember our Holy Father is the one good teaching master we can preach or plant and water the seed Christ. He alone can cause growth

Nick, with all due respect, that just doesn't make any sense to me. Comments made in one thread are often referenced in another thread. For each thread is a conversation of its own.
Yet I wasn't asking for trouble and looking for conflict. From my perspective I was defending myself from an unwarranted attack that stemmed from a double standard being applied. The "sub-subject" was about name calling. Your friend Brad can call me a troll directly? But I cannot point out actual troll behavior? And bringing into name calling into a thread that had nothing to do with previous comments being bandied about from others not on the thread, is asking for trouble and looking for conflict.
Apologize for what? It's a serious question. I truly don't understand what got your nose so bent out of shape. I acknowledge the pebble and boulder parable, but cannot fathom why you are so angry.... and if you don't apologize...
Well if we were having a fight, I just didn't get the memo. But you really shouldn't impute motive to someone else because I wasn't bored, I was trying to answer your question(s) in as reasonable, rational and forthright a manner as possible. And If you look at the date time stamps, Brad called me a troll well before I implied that Garee was one.You just didn't expect the fight to be with me, or maybe you're bored, and this is exactly what you wanted/expected to happen.

It doesn't need to make sense to you. You started the "troll" talk and I'm ending it.Nick, with all due respect, that just doesn't make any sense to me. Comments made in one thread are often referenced in another thread.
Whether one is called a troll here, or whether one is called a troll there, the guidelines of the forum should be applied equally to all conversations (i.e. threads) without a double standard, no?
But I get it. You're angry because you're embarrassed (for some reason), and NO, I'm not looking for a fight. Never was. And in my initial post that brought on your ire (seemingly to be directed only at me) I didn't name any member. It was a humorous observation, for which I later posted relevant proof of behaviour (both Brad and Garee).
And bringing into name calling into a thread that had nothing to do with previous comments being bandied about from others not on the thread, is asking for trouble and looking for conflict.
Your perspective was wrong. Now it is my perspective, which you can deem wrong as well, and like yours it will change nothing to what happened or will happen.Yet I wasn't asking for trouble and looking for conflict. From my perspective I was defending myself from an unwarranted attack that stemmed from a double standard being applied. The "sub-subject" was about name calling. Clearly you are intelligent but lack insight. Which if you were truly open to being helped I would, but you've never been so in the past, and I'm long past believing the future would be any different.Apologize for what? It's a serious question. I truly don't understand what got your nose so bent out of shape. I acknowledge the pebble and boulder parable, but cannot fathom why you are so angry.

Your lack of insight is all.Well if we were having a fight, I just didn't get the memo. So... from what I can gather through this entire interaction, the only thing I can think of is: I'm sorry I made you look foolish.
But it certainly wasn't my intention.

Thanks for the reply.well... the gift of speaking in tongues is not a false gift but a true gift & evidence given then to those who believed in the message of Jesus and to those today who believe in the message of Jesus. it is strange to call it a false gift, but in the case that a people are being swindled by a pastor, preaching or teacher, God literally gave us His Word which teaches us what we ought to know so that we can be aware of & know the Master Jesus.
1 Corinthians 4:6-7 reminds me of this Psalms,
Psalm 133:1, from the Bible, declares, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"
