Hi everyone! I'm still figuring out how this thing works, but I'm really excited to join and be a part of the community. I struggled with depression and self harm for a long time, and as I am getting better I want to be closer to Jesus. I felt so far away back then. Well, I'll have many more questions soon. But hi!

Isa 58:6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
It means anything that holding us back from serving Him perfectly.
Isa 58:8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.
Isa 58:9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.
I found it only takes three days ,water only praying for HIS help and reading the bible.
He promises three things?
We over come anything that held us back
Healing to our flesh mind and body
And He comes to visit us and talk back and forth.
Luk_5:35 But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.
Fasting is a Powerful spiritual tool . satan will try to stop us. he saw what took place at the church beginning. How those few almost took the entire world to the glory of our LORD JESUS.
