Murder is a deliberate fore thought to take another life.
Murder is from the heart of man, not God, so yes, I believe it is a taking of a life before the time God has allowed.
We live in a fallen word.
Most everything done here, in the flesh, is not in Gods perfect will,or
according to his precepts, or timing.
That is why God, chose to come, and die in our place, to give us a hope, and a future.
Apart from him, there is none.
Jer. 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
