First happy easter to you all! This message is the most important massage i have ever given! This same message will be given to our Body in Christ as well here at home. It is BOLD and VERY Radical! But to me brothers and sister with all my heart is the truth as to How I myself view our wonderful Jesus as being the one and only Christ! My messge for today is based upon several scripture,ones that if i could read them to you here,i surly would read them! (I will at my home Church) We all have come to know the Story of our Jesus through the Gospels,in fact the New Testament begins with all of the gospels first.Ever wonder why?
For in each of the gospels matt,mark,luke and john,each writter from the Lord gives us his view on the actions which took place.And Jesus is described in each gospel from the view he gave each writter of it. But there is one characteristic through each gospel.Jesus compares the old law to a New Covenant which is to come. The Scribes and Pharisees do not care much for any new Doctrine! And cetaintly no new relationship with and for our Lord either! Doesen't matter to Jesus though! His higher truth superceeds the law that only he can fulfil! And he is going to show them!
But because Jesus loves us so very much he looks to first prepare the table for the fine new feast! Food now that will have no end to it,no reqirements to participate,because of what Jesus is about to do for all of us! ( matt 12:46-50) A new relationship! Born from what Jesus is about to do! same with John (13:33-34) A new Commandment!! For many believers,we have been told how important God's word truly is,and we are correct in believing this! We have also been told just how important and wonderful the very name of Jesus is!! Again most true! ( phil 2:9-11)
But neither of these things would have ever been important unless Jesus first did one event for us all!! HIS BLOOD!!!!! Jesus shed BLOOD from the very crown of his head, to the very soles of his feet! In fact not only did he bleed, but was dripping in blood! Covered from head to toe in his very own blood! Most scholars belive the book of psalms was written in four parts,David of course wrote most of it,but here in psalm 91, the author is not david but rather Moses! Look very close at verse 1-2 What is that shelter of the Most High??Brothers and sisters that shelter is the very blood of Christ!( exodus 12:12-14!!)
Notice something most important from reading this!!verse 14!! Now THIS DAY!! will be a memorial to you, and you shall celebrate it as a feast to the Lord; thoughtout your generations you are to celebrate it as what???? A PERMANENT ORDINANCE!! That means that even after the law is fulfilled by Jesus,this event holds true in the New covenant! Now the radical part.Psalms 8 gives us the order of impotance in our living God! GOD number one!! always! but 2 is not the angels!! 2 is man!!! then the angels! in some version of the K.J. it says angels,look up the hebrew and the greek,that word is to be Elohim meaning God a refernece to God's own power and might!( gen 1:1,psalm 19:1) verse 4 of psalm 8 What is man that YOU take thought of him??verse 5 yes you have made him a little lower then God himself,well brothers and sisters a little means a lot to me lol!
But if man were last,then why does man judge angels in the end?( 1 cor 6:3) When God came to earth he came in the form of man,man HE created! But mark men bowed towards angels!! And that is true,but they were not bowing down to the angel but rather the sender of that angel!! GOD himself! Man was formed from the very image of God himself,he says so in Gen 1:26, he thought so much of man he created him after all others things were finished! So that man would not have to wait! The angels are sent by God for man,not the other way around. What angel has been visted?? hehe
The point to this.The blood of Jesus in we the believer puts all angels under the feet of man!That means the enemy is already under our feet, and we in Christ have full authority over him because of the BLOOD of Jesus!!( luke 10:19!!) If an angel were better then man or higher then man why is the need to test them?( 1 john 4:1-6) verse 4!! God is not, nor can be flawed in any way! angels can!The point being this! Do not pray for an angel,pray in the Blood of Jesus,stay in the blood of Jesus,confess you are under the very blood of Jesus, for this my friends in Christ is the shelter talked about in Psalm 91! I plead the blood of Jesus in every area of my life,from doing this, his Word has GREAT POWER IN ME!! FROM THIS, GOD's Name is gloified and used from his own blood! fear NOT!! i am not putting man equal to or even close to God in anything!! I am putting him always second to the Most High! But being second to God himself,comforts us because that is how close to God we are to become!HIS CHILDREN!! Stay close to Father! In fact so close that God himself lives in each of us through the blood he himself shed,so we his children can be and stay free in our Mighty Jesus!
How much more loved by God can we his children be??? You are special to God himself! David knew!! when he said KEEP ME as the apple of the eye!! hide me under your wings!! (psalms 17:8) For the very weapons of our warfare are NOT of flesh!! BUT DIVINELY Powerful for the destruction of strongholds!!( 2 Cor 10:3-18!!!) We boast not in self brothers and sisters!! NEVER!!! We Boast in Christ Blood in us,we boast in all our wonderful Jesus has already done! God faith is given to all of us in the same measure.( rom 12:3) What is different is the unbelief of that person. The blood of Jesus is the very shelter to the problem the man stated to Jesus himself in mark 9:23-24) The man did not know for many of God people are destroyed because of there lack of knowledge in God's own Word!( Hosea 4:6) It is not your faith you lack in brothers and sisters, it has never been about you lack in faith,for faith is given by God perfectly!!( acts 10:34) It is only our believe of that faith that lacks! Today is Easter Sunday where like communion we give thanks to and for our Jesus!( 1 cor 11:24-34) We remember our shelter in Christ Jesus and his most wonderful name that comes with his blood!!( proverbs 18:10) When a person you love dies, he leaves a will for you to remember him by,you are sad of course from his death, but one can never receive anything until that person passes on.
Jesus gave us his new covenant from his very death.THEN!!! he did something even better!! HE ROSE!!!! From the dead to join us in our happyness! He took the keys of hell and death! And his blood which was shed for all of us, is also our end!!( Hebrews 10:19-22,matt 26:28,eph 1:7-14!!,eph 2:13-16!!The blood of Jesus in the old,the blood of Jesus in the New,the blood of Jesus is how we overcome!!! ( rev 12:11!!!) Our shelter from every storm, our Rock,our living Jesus! May the peace which comes from the very blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ be upon us and stay upon us until he comes back to take us home amen!( phil 4:4-9!!!)
You remember what Paul did before salvation? How many he killed and put into prison? Here is boldness in Christ own blood!! Look what paul says to festus in Acts 25!! verse 8 and 10!!! He took jesus at his Word, and knew how important the blood of Christ was and is to his life now! Paul remembered the blood, so Paul could remember this Word of the Lord from David! psalms 103:8-17!! So it is for you!! Your sins are forgiven by Christ own blood!! Would you insult our Jesus by condeming yourself?? I know brothers and sister we lack in areas of our life,I know that not one of us does not have some flaws!!I KNOW THIS!!
But I also know who my shelter is,and whose blood I keep upon my sorry flesh!!And i know Jesus does not remember my sins anymore so why then should I?? Paul didn't! Those who believe, recieve!!Believe brothers and sisters BELIEVE!!!!! ( mark 5:35-36)FEAR NOT!! For fear is the tool of the stronghold of the devil himself!!( eph 4:27)By having fear we give the enemy every opportunity! FEAR NOT!!!! Only believe!! Thank God for Jesus, thank God for his Word and thank God for his BLOOD!!! which covers each and every sin yesterday,and today, and yes brothers and sisters FOREVER!!!! AMEN!!!
