How it hurts to watch your child suffer

It was difficult watching my daughter choking on her secretions and seeing her not feel well. As a parent it hurts when you see your child suffer and there is not much one can do but watch and offer comfort till it passes.
How often is God our heavenly Father hurting as He watches us struggle? Rather we are choking on our sin and the consequences or just choking on trying to live life.
Oh how I must grieve my Father because I would not let HIM help me or allow HIM to comfort me when I am not feeling good, That when physically sick or emotionally hurt I do not go to HIM. Oh how it must hurt HIM to watch me struggle as I choke on trying to live life with out His help.
But oh how it must bring HIM joy when I do turn to HIM and lift up my hands ready to not only seek HIS counsel and comfort but ready to receive it as well. Just as it brought me joy as a parent when I saw that my daughter was able to sleep peacefully through the night showing signs of recovery.

He Knows ... He cares ... He Loves ...

Dear Dear Coming JOY,

Our Most splendid Father knows... feels... cares... and wipes away all your tears...

May I share the lyrics of a beautiful song ... you know it ...but let us bless all those Mums and Dads who hurt as they tend for their ill children.

HIS Endless LOVE ... HIS MERCY ... HIS compassion ...

O Lord Jesus pour down YOUR love on them....

"Because the Cross is always ready, every day it waits form me

Christ on every road I vision, Christ the Everlasting seed ...

Jesus I want to follow

Oh Jesus I want to follow ....

Victory is YOURS O JESUS

VICTORY IS YOURS ....."

(The Cross by Jason Upton)

"Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken, nor my covenant of peace be removed, says the Lord who has compassion on YOU."
